Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us at info@selvura.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information regarding returns.

What are the return requirements?

You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@selvura.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
